Today is Earth Day 2021, which is an annual event that is celebrated to raise awareness of environmental issues and to work together to help protect the planet.

 

To celebrate the day, we will be sharing what the College are doing to be more sustainable and to help look after the environment! 

You can find out more information through your PDT sessions, or by taking part in the sustainability quiz on the College's Instagram page (@thebpcollege) today. We will continue to share the College's updates with you throughout the year!

 

As part of Earth Day 2021, we are also launching a very exciting competition, for you to design a logo for the College’s sustainability work!

The logo can be hand-drawn or digitally designed - you can choose whichever format suits you.

The winner will not only have their logo design chosen, but they will also receive a £50 Amazon voucher, a TOTUM card and a BPCSU goodie bag!

The runners up will also receive a TOTUM card and a BPCSU goodie bag.

The closing date is: Friday 21st May

Please note: The competition is only open to students at Bournemouth and Poole College, and entries will need to be submitted using your College email address.
