There are times in our lives where we will may develop unhealthy relationships with others. An unhealthy relationship may have an impact on your emotional well-being which can affect our daily lives.
Unhealthy relationships can form from friendships, where you are being forced to fit in with other people or forced to believe what others believe.
There are a variety of services available, it is better to seek advice as soon as you can – don’t suffer in silence.
If you or someone you know feels uncomfortable and/or can recognise signs of abuse in a relationship, you can speak to the Wellbeing team. We will listen to you without judgement and help to keep you safe.

Stop it now!
Stop it Now! UK and Ireland is at the forefront of activity to prevent child sexual abuse.
Campaigning and awareness-raising are essential tasks for local, regional and national projects in order to empower and enable adults to address personal, family and community concerns.
Wherever we work, we are building community strength and helping families to know the steps to keep their children safe from sexual abuse, including how to implement family safety plans.
Our campaigning activities are wide and varied. Telephone helplines for children are a key part of child protection services. However, it is ultimately the responsibility of adults to protect children from abuse.
Helplines for concerned adults are a powerful means of protection and prevention. Our Helpline is a dedicated resource for adults concerned about the sexual abuse of children.
